PGA Jr. League

Come Join the Team at John A. White Park Golf Course!!

PGA Jr. League is changing the way golf is learned and played through its fun, team-oriented approach. Boys and girls of all skill levels learn and play the game with expert coaching and guidance from PGA/LPGA Professional Captains. Like many other recreational youth sports, team members wear numbered jerseys and compete on teams with friends in a two-person scramble format that encourages mentorship and builds confidence.   PGA Jr. League is an added benefit to our First Tee Life Skills Experience Program. Our PGA Jr. League players receive coaching and guidance from PGA Professionals and Associate Professionals, participate in organized team practice sessions and regular scheduled league matches.

Learn More About PGA Jr. League

A Quick History of PGA Jr. League

PGA Jr. League exists to bring communities together through fun, team golf experiences… plus those experiences that transcend golf itself, like friendships that last for years to come or a newfound sense of confidence. In 2020, nearly 1,700 PGA Professional Captains rose to the challenges of the pandemic by creating responsible team golf experiences for nearly 37,000 kids. PGA Jr. League developed program-specific guidelines within the framework of the industry-wide Back2Golf Guidelines that were approved by medical advisors in alignment with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), with the intent of resuming PGA Jr. League in the most responsible way.
